Cancellation Policy

Street Shine Home Service Policy Effective October 2025 At Street Shine Home Services, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality home services while maintaining safety, professionalism, and respect for your property. By booking or receiving a service from Street Shine Home Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking page, phone, or email. We require accurate information about your property, access details, and any special instructions before your appointment. Street Shine is not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by incorrect information, unsafe conditions, or lack of access to the property. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a $25 late cancellation fee. If our team arrives but cannot complete the job due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or missing information, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept card payments, checks, and cash payments. Late payments may incur a $10 per day late fee after three business days. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will review your concern. Depending on the situation, we may offer a free touch-up or a partial refund at our discretion. Claims made after 24 hours may not qualify for correction or refund. Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to all service areas. Street Shine reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if the environment poses any health or safety risks, including aggressive pets, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions. If we refuse service for these reasons, the appointment may still be billed in full. Street Shine carries liability insurance for accidental property damage directly caused by our team. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damages to items not designed to withstand cleaning products or standard service techniques. We are also not responsible for damage resulting from hidden issues such as faulty wiring, weak surfaces, or unstable structures. All damage claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
